Non-Smoking Policy

Celeste Suites maintains a strictly 100% smoke-free environment. This includes all guest rooms, balconies, and common indoor areas.

                    A deep cleaning fee of ₦50,000 will be charged to any guest who violates this policy to restore the room to our premium standards.
                

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 2:00 PM
Check-out: By 12:00 PM (Noon)
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Security & Visitors

To maintain the exclusivity of our Gwarinpa retreat:

All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID upon arrival.
Visitors are permitted in common areas but must be registered at the front desk before entering guest suites.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Cancellation & Refunds

We understand plans change. Our standard policy is:

Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in.
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a one-night stay charge.
